Talos and Surface Pro 4

Talos
The character above is a new one that I have created called Talos.  He is a cummancer, where his power is to be able to shape his cum into anything that he wants.  In this instance he is drawing a sword using his cum.  He could use it for other things as well.  I am planning on using him in some upcoming drawings.  He does not have a backstory yet.

I had been looking for a viable digital sketchbook for a long time now.  I had gotten an iPad Air and a stylus for it in the hopes that it would be what I wanted, but I was always left lacking.  I don't think it was the stylus but the actual applications that were on the iPad that just did not want to do what I had planned.  After going to a few comic cons I noticed that quite a few artists were using Microsoft Surfaces Pros to do their drawings.  I got a few tips from the and I saw a possible solution to my digital sketchbook problem.

I waited for the Surface Pro 4 to be released before I went forward with anything.  I wanted to make sure that I had a tablet that had a better stylus then the Surface Pro 3.  In anticipation of getting the SP4, I also purchased Manga Studio 5 to use on it as it has sort of a tablet enabled mode that works well with the SP4.  I worked on the Talos drawing just using the SP4.  It took me a while to figure out what sort of tools I needed to use to get the result that I wanted.  I had been using Photoshop for the past 15 some odd years so jumping to a new application has been odd.  If anyone has any tips on how to do a few things in Manga Studio 5 I would be very thankful for any help.

-Select Similar - I have tried to use the Select Color Gamut, but it never seems to select any other colors on the layer.
-Add Noise Filter - I used the Add Noise filter in PS to add texture to some things, now I would like to do the same thing in MS5.
-Any other tips or tricks to use.

Inklings Like You'e Never Seen Them Before

Orange Inkling

Blue Inkling

I've only played Splatoon a few times, but I really liked the character design of the Inklings.  Recently my good friend Dinosaur Prince had commissioned some other artists to do drawings of Inklings and I saw the impressive lineart from Madsuinhorn and was inspired.

I put together two drawings with different poses that I thoughts looked good with the theme of the game.  While the game has numerous outfits, there was nothing in the game that I could make erotic.  So for the Orange Inkling I took a mask that is in the game based on real paintballs masks, and then I researched some paintball armor as well.  I made something that while not offering much protection, was revealing enough for me.

I hope that you all enjoy.

Ian - Coming Out On Top

Ian

Ian In A Towel
I began playing the incredibly enjoyable gay dating sim, Coming Out On Top, a few weeks ago.  I had Kickstarted this game, but sadly I hadn't had the opportunity to play the game until recently.  I recommend the game to everyone.  There are a lot of romantic aspects, but a lot of hot sex as well.

My two favorite possible guys is Ian and Brad.  After playing the game I wanted to draw some fanart.  The first one is Ian.

I hope that you like.

Where To Move - Suggestions

I was born in the South and I've lived all my life in the South.  I've traveled to different states and different counties.  One thing that this all has shown me is that I want to leave the South.  I moved to Houston for a job and through various professional and personal reasons I've been here for about 10 years.

And now I'm tired of it.

Be it the politics, the redneck idiocy or the heat...yeah mostly the heat (summers are almost triple digit temperatures) but I'm ready to leave.

I have always looked towards the Pacific Northwest as a place to move, but I know that it is a fairly expensive place to live (though I know that the pay usually will reflect that).  Seattle was where I always thought about going, but I know that there are other places around there, as well as other places throughout the country that could be good places to move to.

With that, I'm turning to the followers of my sites, I'm looking for suggestions for places that would be good to move to.  I'm looking into possibly moving next year, though a personal or a professional change might keep me from moving, I'd like to start looking into the possibilities.  There are a few requirements though.

1. Temperature - Summers here in the South can be 100+ for an entire month, I am looking for a place that actually has seasons and a summer that doesn't burn you to a crisp.  I much prefer cooler weather than heat.  Also, I've never driven in snow, and I don't want to have to deal with feet upon feet of snow.

2. Job - My day job is as a project manager at an IT company.  I would like to stay somewhere in the IT field, though something creative would be good too.  I would need a place that has businesses or regional offices that would need IT.

3. Costs - One of the things that the South has been known for and is a good thing is that the cost of living here is very low.  So you get more for most things that don't have costs set by a main office.  Property values are low as well and your dollar goes further.  I'm looking for an apartment to start off with a home possibly later, but I don't want to spend most of my income just on rent.

4. Infrastructure - I am always online and I'd definitely need some place that has consistent internet.  I had dial-up until 2005, so believe me I am not looking for fiber or anything like that, but some place that I'm not having my connection constantly dropped.

5. Social Amenities - I'm an anti-social introvert, so I am not looking for a place that is filled with bars and clubs.  But I love to go see a movie and I am a bit of a foodie, I’d like there to be good places to try.

I hope that I haven't been too picky in my requirements.  I would like to see what suggestions you all have.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Pipe - Collab

Pipe

Continuing my on going work with Kazario, this is his OC, Pipe. I really liked the contrast from the thin twink and the massive cock. It was a fun break from some other commissions that I am working on.

I hope that you all enjoy.

Axiem - Pokemon Trainer

Axiem
Since I've been working with Kazario on a few different drawings I was interested in making my own Pokemon trainer. I have never played any of the Pokemon games, so I was going into this drawing with just the bare knowledge that I had gleaned from video game websites over the years and one viewing of the Pokemon movie back in 2000.

Using that movie I based some of his armor on the armor that MewTwo wore at one part in the movie. I wanted to make a more mature trainer than the anime and games portray. Think of this as my gritty reboot of Pokemon.

I hope that you all enjoy.

Feeding Time - Collab Comic

Feeding Time

The always inventive and prolific Kazario came up with a comic idea that he wanted me to color. Seeing as how I love his style I was honored and quickly got to work on it.

Please excuse the colors, some of them might seem a bit washed out. I recently updated to Windows 10 and I've been trying to get my color settings back to where they were before, but it's taking a while.

I hope that you enjoy.

Stretching Foreskin On Display

Stretching Foreskin Posing

A few weeks ago Dinosaur Prince commission the incredible artist Baralust to sketch up his Native American character Stretching Foreskin.  I love the drawing so much that I knew that I needed to color it.  Also for a late birthday present I drew up two version of him in my style.  I hope that you enjoy.

Aneros - Collab

Aneros
This was a surprise gift from both Dinosaur Prince and from Jockman87 earlier this year. I had not expected, mainly because I didn't know that Jockman had come back to Y! after so long. Suffice to say I was really happy with this and thought it's taken me a while I wanted to get it colored and uploaded.

I hope that you all enjoy.

Kyle - Collab

Kyle
This was a collab/art trade with the always prolific Kazario. We were talking about some of his characters and he asked about drawing one of his redneck guys. I chose Kyle because there's something about the bangs covering his eyes and his gap tooth that is endearing.

I wanted to do this piece by incorporating some of the aspects of both Kaz's work as well as mine. So while the body design is mine, I took some inspiration for the massive cock (which is way larger than even the ones I usually draw) and the loads of cum that are the hallmark of his work.

I had a lot of fun with this one. I might see about incorporating some of these ideas into other works.

Arrow - Gift Art

Arrow

This was some gift art for Goldpanther.

It was a long time coming. I've just been swamped with life stuff, but I was able to get this drawing done and I am happy to be able to share it with everyone. Goldenpanther wanted some fan art of Green Arrow from the TV show Arrow.

I hope that you all enjoy.

Cajun & Klinks

Cajun & Klinks

I've wanted to do some fanart for the always inventive and talented Kazario07. He also liked my Cajuns and wanted to have me do a drawing with a Cajun and some of his latest creations, the Klink twins.

This one was fun to do, I did add a bit of my own flourishes to the Klinks and tweaked the Cajun.

I hope that you all enjoy.
